  • Josh Velazquez

    Vice President


    Josh’s career has always been dedicated to the construction industry. With over 15 years of experience and a degree in Construction Management from Bowling Green State University, Josh has vast experience in the field. His focus is on physical perimeter security for substations, data centers, airports, correctional institutions, solar fields and natural gas facilities. Combining the experience in fencing, site work and utilities, he brings a unique understanding to help fence projects run smoothly. 

  • Jason Odom

    Area Manager - Southeast


    Jason has spent nearly a decade in the fence industry with the main focus of commercial and high-security fence projects.  He has worked in all aspects of the project, from leading crews in the field to estimating to business development.  Being involved in all aspects of the industry has given him a unique perspective which allows him to truly understand what works best in most applications.  As Area Manager he is responsible for overseeing the growth of SAGE Fence as we expand into the Southeast.  

  • Daniel Boozer

    Operations

    With over 25 years of experience managing civil and electrical projects, Daniel provides knowledge and experience to identify underground hazards helping to reduce safety risks that are common on fence projects. His specialization in substation technical digging and ground penetration radar allows SAGE Fence to create an excavation plan specific to each project, with respect to both soft and mechanical excavation.  Daniel brings over 10 years of experience in perimeter security projects for critical infrastructure facilities, helping SAGE Fence to provide professional management for quality projects.

  • Eric Frasier

    Chief Executive Officer

    Eric brings over two decades of investment and operational leadership to SAGE Integration. He has held executive-level positions at global investment management companies, and has led several private companies to exponential growth and profitable exit transactions.  Eric was a former Managing Director at Alliance Bernstein Investments and then became President of Ameritrust. He grew this business rapidly all the way through a successful exit to a large investment firm. More recently, Eric was the Managing Partner at WorldCam Analytics, in charge of all business operations. Eric is a proud Fresno State Bulldog and resides in Charlotte with his wife and three sons.

  • John Nemerofsky

    Chief Operating Officer

    In 2009, John became the Senior Vice President of Stanley Security Systems.

    During his tenure at Stanley, John oversaw wide-scope projects that included several turnaround initiatives, operational changes, sales & market expansions, and customer acquisitions. He managed an $800M P&L and a team of 13 managers with a dotted line to more than 500 team members.

    In 2017, John took his management experience to an entrepreneurial endeavor as President of CGL Technologies. In his new role as Chief Operating Officer at SAGE Integration, John will focus on operations, company acquisitions, and organic growth strategies.

  • Rod Bragg

    VP of Operations

    Rod Bragg is the founder of Aysco Security, a commercial security technology integrator since 1988. He has over 30 years’ experience in system software programs, design and application product technologies. Rod is a Graduate of National Institute of Technology. In 2000-2003 he worked as a logistics coordinator for U.S. Women’s National Soccer Team and Canadian National Soccer Team during the World Cup. In 2007 Rod acquired Paradise Lake Country Club.

  • Lori Hudnall

    Vice President, Human Resources

    As a Human Resource professional, Lori has the responsibility for the attraction, engagement, development, and experience of Sage Integration’s most important asset – its people. Her 15 plus years of people leadership at Coca-Cola established the foundation for her beliefs and values. She champions SAGE’s mission: ‘To protect the people, facilities, and reputation of enterprise clients by advancing the intelligence and integration of security technology.’ With a growing employee base, Lori enables SAGE to scale, while retaining the very elements that have made the company so successful to date.


  • Rick Leighton

    Vice President

    Rick Leighton, served as President of of DTS prior to its joining SAGE integration. With over 25 years experience in client engagement Rick has worked with such industry leaders as ADP, AES and Stanley Security. Rick led DTS in its acquisition and time-tested service of key accounts at Home Depot, T-Mobile, FedEx Ground and Wells Fargo. In addition to his long-standing reputation with enterprise clients, Rick has also led with industry-shifting innovation, including his leadership of SecureVizual, providing a deeply integrated dashboard of Metrics and KPIs for clients’ security infrastructure.

  • Markus Leghart

    Vice President, Finance

    Markus Leghart brings 20+ years of finance and accounting experience with him to SAGE Integration where he is responsible for all of the accounting and finance functions. He spent his last 13 years within the security industry, including most recently as the Finance Manager at Securitas Electronic Security. Markus has held similar roles with both manufacturers and service providers, including both publicly traded corporations and privately held companies. He earned his B.S. in Accounting from The University of Akron.
